1. General information
The information on this website is general. It is not a diagnosis of your appliance. Only a technician who inspects the appliance can tell you what is wrong and what it will cost to fix.
2. Brands and affiliation
We are an independent service provider. Brand names on this website, such as Daikin, Voltas, LG, Samsung and others, are trademarks of their owners. We list them only to show which appliances we work on. Unless we state otherwise in writing, we are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of these brands, and we are not a manufacturer's authorised service centre.
If your appliance is under the manufacturer's warranty, check the warranty terms before using any independent service, because repairs by others can affect that warranty.
3. Timings, availability and prices
- "Same-day" and "next-day" visits are targets, not guarantees. They depend on your area, the time you book, traffic, weather and how busy we are.
- We may not be able to serve every area or every time slot.
- Any price mentioned on the website is indicative. You get the actual price in a quote after inspection, before work starts.
4. Repair outcomes
We cannot promise that every appliance can be repaired. Some faults need parts that are not available, and some repairs cost more than the appliance is worth. If that happens, we will tell you so you can decide what to do.
5. Safety
Appliances use mains electricity, water, refrigerant gas and heat. Please do not open or repair them yourself, especially geysers and microwave ovens. A microwave oven can hold a dangerous electric charge even after it is unplugged.
- If an appliance sparks, smells of burning or leaks water near electrical parts, switch it off at the MCB or main switch and call us.
- If a geyser leaks, switch off its power and close its water supply.
- In an emergency, such as a fire, call the emergency services on 112.
6. Photos and reviews
Some photographs on this website are stock images used for illustration. They may not show our technicians or our work.
Customer reviews are the personal experiences of the people who wrote them. Your experience may differ.
7. Accuracy of information
We try to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete or error-free. We may change or remove information at any time without notice.
8. Links and third-party services
This website uses or links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Fonts and Pexels. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that results from relying on the information on this website. Our Terms and Conditions set out the limits that apply to our services. Nothing here affects your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
